         - Nachweis einer Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung mit einer Deckungssumme für Personen- und Sachschäden bis zu 1.000.000 Euro je Schadensereignis und Vermögensschäden bis zu 500.000 EUR durch Vorlage einer Kopie der Versicherungspolice oder einer entsprechenden Bestätigung des Versicherers über den Bestand der Versicherung. Es ist auch ausreichend, wenn der Bieter mit dem Angebot eine unterzeichnete Eigenerklärung vorlegt, durch die er sich verpflichtet, im Falle des Zuschlags eine den vorgenannten Anforderungen entsprechende Versicherung abzuschließen und dem Auftraggeber binnen 14 Tagen nach Zuschlag unaufgefordert durch Vorlage einer Kopie der Versicherungspolice oder einer entsprechenden Bestätigung des Versicherers nachzuweisen. In jedem Fall verpflichtet sich der Bieter mit Abgabe des Angebots, den Versicherungsschutz im Falle des Zuschlags für die Gesamtdauer des Vertrages aufrecht zu erhaltenen Betriebshaftpflichtversicherung.
