Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Gegenstand des Vertrages ist die Erneuerung der Veddeler Brücken und die dafür erforderliche Verbauarbeiten. Im Zuge der Herstellung der Verbauwände im Bereich HCH und ZOK kam es zu unvorhersehbaren Setzungen im Gleis, welche mittels Stopfmaschinen beseitigt werden mussten. Der Anordnung beinhaltet zusätzliche Leistungen, die zur Wederherstellung der Befahrung des Gleises 1280-2 erforderlich waren. Die zusätzlichen Leistungen sind für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Gesamtprojektes notwendig.
