Agder County, 25 municipalities and related agencies in the Agder region are planning to announce a framework agreement for the procurement of products and services related to IP telephony, mobile telephony and mobile broadband.

Pursuant to the Public Procurement Act § 12-1(1) that the contracting authority can carry out market surveys to improve the procurement. Through this market survey, the contracting authority would like to clarify whether the market can deliver a solution that meets the contracting authority"s needs.

Through the market survey, the contracting authority would like to gain a better understanding of the scope of opportunities in the market and access other useful information relevant for the drafting of the procurement documentation. Through this, we would like to receive written input/feedback on the points listed in the document "Prior Information Notice - Input"
