le présent marché a pour objet l"approvisionnement en denrées alimentaires et l"assistance dans la gestion des services de restauration du Pôle Gériatrique Rennais.Les repas sont confectionnés par le Titulaire dans la cuisine du Pôle Gériatrique Rennais situé 100 avenue André Bonnin - 35571 Chantepie.Le prestataire aura également en charge la livraison des repas pour l"établissement L"Escale / Thébaudais situé 49 boulevard Oscar Leroux - 35200 Rennes.La capacité des deux établissements est de 516 lits.Les quantités annuelles par type de repas sont précisées dans le CCTP

Le marché est reconductible de manière tacite, une fois, soit jusqu"au 31 mai 2026.Deux variantes sont imposées au titre de la présente consultation : - variante 1 : 25% d"alimentation durable dont 5% de bio - variante 2 : 50% d"alimentation durable dont 10% de bio Les soumissionnaires devront impérativement répondre au préalable à la solution de base.Une variante libre est autorisée. La variante devra consister en une optimisation budgétaire.Le présent marché ne comporte pas de prestations supplémentaires éventuelles.une visite du site est obligatoire (pour le mandataire en cas de groupement).
