         100% des archives est constituée de dossiers au format paysage, de dimension 24x32 (voir annexe 2). Leur enveloppe extérieure est en carton souple avec rabat. Les dossiers contiennent des pièces de gestion et des pièces justificatives qui ont valeur de preuve comptable. Ils sont conditionnés dans des conteneurs de 56 litres environ.

         il y a 5 typologies de dossiers : Retraite, veuvage, rachat, annulation et rétablissement.

         77% du fonds concerne la typologie " Retraite ".

          différentes DUA sont appliquées à ces documents en fonction de leur typologie. En effet, ce fonds concerne plusieurs processus et domaine d"activité, principalement retraite et comptable.
