        Le « lot 1 - contract management opérationnel » est positionné en appui des projets ; Il fait appel à des niveaux de compétences variés allant de profils juniors, à confirmés, ou expérimentés concernant les prestations opérationnelles suivantes :

        - les actions de sensibilisations et d’acculturation dans le domaine contractuel (à distinguer des formations prévues dans le cadre du lot 2) ;

        - l’appui dans la préparation des marchés jusqu’à leur notification, le pilotage et le suivi de leur exécution jusqu’à leur clôture ;

        Le « Lot 2 - Prestations d’expertise et de conseils dans le domaine du contract management » est positionné en prestations plus expertales au niveau stratégique, en appui de la Direction du Contract Management et des différentes Entités utilisatrices, constituant la filière Contract management du Groupe EDF. Ce lot nécessite des compétences expérimentées disposant d’une expertise dans les domaines suivants :

        - Le claim management et d’appui sur des dossiers réclamatifs complexes en France et à l’international

        - Le conseil pour l’organisation et le développement de l’expertise de la filière contract management notamment la création et/ou l’actualisation des méthodes, des outils (dont l’analyse de risques), la mise à jour du référentiel contractuel, lié au pilotage des contrats ou au traitement des réclamations, ainsi que l’appui à la mise en place d’actions de sensibilisation en contract management ;

        - L’organisation, la préparation et la tenue d’événements dédiés à la Direction et Filière Contract management du Groupe EDF SA.

                  Pour répondre au présent avis de marché, les candidats doivent se manifester sur le Portail Achats d"EDF - Demande d"information AVIS000728 et rattacher les documents demandés au présent avis de marché.

                  Les candidats intéressés, non encore inscrits, s"auto-référenceront depuis la page d"accueil du Portail Achats sur le site https://pha2.edf.com à l"aide du lien placé dans l"encart : « Nouveau Fournisseur ? Se référencer ».

                  Un document intitulé « Identification des membres du groupement et répartition des prestations » est disponible dans l"espace collaboratif dédié aux fournisseurs dans le Portail Achats.

                  La consultation sera effectuée via le Portail Achats électronique d’EDF « https://pha2.edf.com ».

                  EDF se réserve la possibilité d’attribuer le marché sur la base des offres initiales sans négociation.

                  Dans le cadre de la dématérialisation de ses procédures, EDF SA informe l"ensemble des soumissionnaires que la signature électronique des marchés est privilégiée, que ceux-ci soient attribués à une seule entreprise ou à un groupement d"entreprises.

                  Suite conditions particulières d"exécution : En cas de groupement, chaque membre du groupement doit être compétent dans les domaines techniques sur lesquels il sera amené à intervenir, de même pour les sous-traitants si l’attributaire du Marché ne l’est pas pour l’activité concernée.Le marché est soumis à des règles relatives à la protection des données et plus largement du patrimoine d’EDF SA. Des engagements nominatifs de confidentialité seront transmis pour chaque commande d’exécution et des règles en matière de cybersécurité seront à mettre en œuvre par les Titulaires.

                  Le candidat (ou le groupement dans son ensemble en cas de candidature sous forme de GME) doit disposer pour toutes les prestations du marché et pendant toute la durée de celui-ci d’un personnel apte à maîtriser les échanges en langue française a minima de niveau C2 CECRL quels qu’en soient, l’objet, le support, qu’ils soient oraux ou écrits, nécessités par l’exécution du marché. Le candidat (ou le groupement dans son ensemble en cas de candidature sous forme de GME) doit fournir à cet égard une attestation de niveau linguistique pour les non-francophones.

                  Le Titulaire s"engage à ne pas réaliser d"activité de contract management et de traitement de dossiers réclamatifs pour le compte d"un tiers dans le cadre d"un projet de l"Entreprise.
