         Les candidats doivent fournir les modes opératoires amiante réalisés en SS4 valides.

         Le personnel intervenant devra être obligatoirement certifié amiante avec mention.

         Le rédacteur du mode opératoire amiante doit fournir une attestation de formation à la prévention des risques liés à l’amiante type «Encadrements», conforme à l’arrêté du 23.2.2012 et au 2º de l’article R. 4412-94 du code du travail.

         Les candidats doivent fournir le certificat de compétences diagnostiqueur immobilier de chaque opérateur DPE– électricité – gaz – plomb – termites – loi Carrez.
