L’objectif de la mission est de réaliser l’ensemble des repérages et diagnostics permettant au maître d’ouvrage de réaliser leurs obligations en matière d’évaluation des risques professionnels et dans la définition des principes généraux de prévention conformément aux attentes de l’article L4531-1 du Code du Travail. Au regard de la date de construction du bâtiment, les missions du Titulaire consisteront à effectuer des repérages amiante et plomb de tous les composants de construction impactés par les futurs travaux. Conformément aux attentes réglementaires, le Titulaire devra visiter la totalité des locaux et parties d’ouvrage impactés par les travaux. L’exhaustivité du diagnostic sera assuré en autant de phases que rendues nécessaires pour faire face aux contraintes, notamment pour les parties à accès limité.
