un groupement de commandes a été constitué entre la Ville de Troyes et Troyes Champagne Métropole en vue du lancement de cette consultation de marché public relative à la location et à l"entretien des fontaines à eau sur réseau. Les prestations sont décomposées en 2 lots définis comme suit : Lot 1 : Location et entretien des fontaines à eau sur réseau mises à disposition dans les locaux de Ville de Troyes/Lot 2 : Location et entretien des fontaines à eau sur réseau mises à disposition dans les locaux de Troyes Champagne Métropole. Cet accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande est régi en application de l"article R. 2162-4 alinéa 2° du Code de la Commande Publique avec un montant maximum annuel fixé comme suit : Lot 1 : 12 000 euro Ht/Lot 2 : Location et entretien des fontaines à eau sur réseau mises à disposition dans les locaux de Troyes Champagne Métropole : 10 000 euro (H.T.). Durée d"un an à compter de la notification au titulaire, reconductible 3 fois tacitement par période d"un an
