         l"Opération comprend dans son ensemble et pour chacun des projets de RCU: -Des prestations de Conception-Réalisation sur la réalisation des études et travaux nécessaires à : - la création d"une chaufferie centrale constituée de chaudière(s) biomasse et d"un appoint-secours gaz, y compris aménagement du terrain et travaux de génie civil. - La création d"un réseau de chaleur enterré en plusieurs branches et desservant les abonnés. - La création d"un poste de livraison de chaleur chez chaque abonné. -Des prestations d"exploitation-maintenance, avec objectifs de performance, durant laquelle le TITULAIRE devra l"exploitation et la maintenance des installations qu"il a réalisées, ainsi que la fourniture d"énergie. Le Marché se compose d"une Tranche ferme, de deux Tranches optionnelles, et d"une Prestation Supplémentaire Eventuelle.Durée du marché prévue : 114 mois (18 mois pour conception/réalisation, 96 mois d"exploitation)
