         The European Court of Human Rights of Europe (hereinafter “the Court”) is launching a Framework Contract for IT Helpdesk Services. Please refer to the Technical Specifications (TS) for more details.

         The Court is looking for one Provider for IT Helpdesk support services (TS - Section 4) with a particular expertise on essential competencies (TS - Section 3).
