Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Le présent avenant a pour objet de modifier le montant du marché dans le cadre de l’article L2194-1-3° et R2194-5 du code de la commande publique (circonstances imprévues).Suite à la mise au point des détails d"exécution, il est apparu nécessaire de renforcer les ossatures prévues et l"avenant concerne également la modification de prestations nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux propres à ce lot.
