         L"Accord-Cadre, mono attributaire sans négociation ni remise en concurrence pour chacun des lots, donnera lieu à l"émission de bons de commande au fur et à mesure des besoins, sans minimum et avec un nombre maximum d"heures de surveillance et de gardiennage pour chacun des lots.

         Définition des besoins annuels en quantité (heures de surveillance et de gardiennage) :
