Sākotnējā līgumcena 431 960 EUR, līgumcena pēc grozījumiem 597 160 EUR.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Pēc līguma noslēgšana izpildītājam tika nodoti četri hidropārvadi un pēc divu hidropārvadu defektēšanas pieauga veicamo papilddarbu kopējā cena. Līguma 1.2.punkts nosaka: Puses apzinās to, ka pēc Turbo transmisijas demontāžas un pārbaudes var atklāties defekti, kuru novēršanai būs nepieciešams veikt darbus, nomainīt mezglus un detaļas, kas neietilpst kapitālā remonta standarta apjomā – turpmāk Papilddarbi. Papilddarbu sarakstu, cenu un remonta termiņa pagarināšanu Puses saskaņos ar atsevišķu vienošanos pie Līguma. Lai nodrošinātu hidropārvadu kapitālā remonta izpildi, nepieciešams noslēgt vienošanos ar Voith Turbo sp.z.o.o par papilddarbiem un līguma summas palielināšanu.
