         réalisation d"un état initial des habitats d"intérêt communautaire et des peuplements de poissons et de la mégafaune benthique sur le site Natura 2000 - baie de Seine Orientale (Fr2502021). Avec 2 sections: - section A : habitats benthiques, - section B : Peuplements de poissons, mégafaune benthique et fonctionnalités halieutiques. Un état initial doit être réalisé sur les habitats benthiques ; il doit répondre à un triple objectif : (i) évaluer l"état de conservation des habitats sur le site, (ii) réaliser l"état initial du suivi de l"efficacité des mesures de gestion pêche Natura 2000 selon la démarche BACI, et (iii) préciser et actualiser la cartographie des habitats sur le site. Le titulaire devra réaliser une analyse critique et faire des recommandations sur la stratégie de suivi des habitats benthiques sur le site.Un état initial doit également être réalisé sur les poissons et la mégafaune benthique au moyen de 2 engins (Cp3m et Gov) ; il permettra d"alimenter l"actualisation de la cartographie des habitats sur le site (mégafaune benthique), de renseigner le critère fonctionnalités de l"état de conservation des habitats, de contribuer à l"état initial du suivi de l"efficacité des mesures de gestion de la pêche (Baci), de renseigner la distribution spatio-temporelle des poissons migrateurs amphihalins et d"alimenter une réflexion critique sur l"engin d"échantillonnage à privilégier par la suite.Les prestations attendues dans le cadre du présent marché sont explicitées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (Cctp)
