         le titulaire sera en charge de mener les études nécessaires à l"analyse de la faisabilité du projet de création d"une liaison fluviale sur le Rhin entre les communes de Schoenau (France) et de Weisweil (Allemagne). Il aidera les décideurs politiques à se positionner sur l"opportunité de réaliser une telle liaison en intégrant les enjeux liés au tourisme, à la mobilité et à l"environnement et en précisant les besoins des territoires.

         Pour ce faire, le titulaire présentera les caractéristiques générales de la liaison, les principaux impacts du projet et les éléments d"opportunité et de faisabilité, notamment sur les volets technique et réglementaire. L"Étude devra ainsi permettre de définir le préprogramme de l"opération.
