Vergabe der Tragwerksplanung - Das alte Rathaus in Rheinberg, Baujahr 1449, soll unter besonderer

Berücksichtigung der denkmalrechtlichen Belange saniert und um einen Anbau erweitert werden. Hierfür

ist die Tragwerksplanung für die Leistungsphasen 3-5 gemäß Anlagen zu erstellen (anrechenbare Kosten

806 000 EUR). Die LP 1 + 2 sind bereits erbracht worden, die Unterlagen werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Es

sind durch das Büro min. 2 Tragwerksplanungen innerhalb der letzten fünf Jahre im denkmalgeschützten

Bereich von öffentlichen Gebäuden nachzuweisen, kann dies nicht nachgewiesen werden, wird das Büro vom

Vergabeverfahren ausgeschlossen.

Die vorhandene Statik muss auf Grund der geänderten Abmessungen des Anbaus neu berechnet werden.

Durch archäologische Funde musste der Anbau vergrößert werden, diese Vergrößerung bedingt neue statische Berechnungen.
