         Cette prestation s"inscrit dans le cadre de l"étude sur les énergies pensées à ce jour pour le projet Cigéo. Son objectif est :- d"une part de vérifier et mettre à jour les bilans des besoins en énergie (électriques, eau chaude et eau glacée) en intégrant les évolutions de projets notamment les modifications de programmes et de calendrier des travaux souterrains.- d"autre part d"étudier les optimisations possibles tant sur les ouvrages d"alimentation et de production que sur les schémas de distribution.La prestation s"étalera sur une durée de 8 mois, et fera l"objet d"échanges entre le Titulaire, l"Andra et les autres assistants à maitrise d"ouvrage, sous formes de réunions diverses, tel qu"indiqué ci-après :- A minima une réunion d"avancement par mois entre le Titulaire et l"Andra.- A minima deux réunions techniques entre le Titulaire, l"Andra et l"assistant à maitrise d"ouvrage Flux - A minima, deux réunions techniques entre le Titulaire, l"Andra et l"assistant à maitrise d"ouvrage études programmatiques- Huit réunions de synthèse entre l"Andra et le Titulaire.L"ensemble de ces réunions aura lieu en présentiel, soit sur le site du siège en Ile-de-France, soit en Meuse-Haute-Marne au laboratoire.
