    Afin de manifester son intérêt, le candidat:
    
    — déposera via la plate-forme Mag E sourcing sa demande de participation à partir du modèle qui sera disponible sur la plate-forme;
    
    — déposera via la plate-forme Mag E sourcing le questionnaire d"information dûment rempli (dont exemplaire vierge sera disponible sur la plate-forme).
    
    Ces documents seront disponibles sur la plate-forme durant toute la phase d"appel à candidature.
    
    Les candidats pourront télécharger directement sur la plate-forme les documents dûment remplis avant la date limite du dépôt de candidature.
    
    À défaut d"accès à Mag E sourcing, les documents précités peuvent être obtenus à la demande auprès du point de contact.
    
    Les documents pourront ensuite être transmis par courrier ou courrier électronique au point de contact avant la date limite du dépôt de candidature.
    
    Au moment de la contractualisation; les pièces ci-dessous seront demandées à tous les candidats qui ne sont pas enregistrés sur Andco.
    
    Le candidat remettra au point de contact, les documents indiqués ci-dessous:
    
    Tronc commun pour toutes les sociétés FR et UE (les documents doivent concerner les entreprises qui réaliseront les prestations).
    
    1) extrait de K-bis datant moins de six mois;
    
    2) déclaration dûment datée et signée sur papier à en-tête du fournisseur, pour justifier qu"il n"entre dans aucun des cas mentionnés à l’article L. 2141-1 et aux 1º et 3º de l’article L. 2141-4 du code de la commande publique;
    
    3) les certificats délivrés par les administrations et organismes compétents attestant que le candidat ne se trouve pas dans un cas d"interdiction de soumissionner mentionner à l’article L. 2141-2 du code de la commande publique c"est-à-dire:
    
    — une attestation de vigilance délivrée par l"Urssaf;
    
    — une attestation fiscale justifiant de la régularité de sa situation fiscale (paiement de la TVA, de l"impôt sur les sociétés ou de l"impôt sur le revenu).
    
    Pour les sociétés FR uniquement et en plus des documents précités:
    
    4) la liste nominative des salariés étrangers employés par le candidat et soumis à l"autorisation de travail mentionnée à l"article L. 5221-2 du code du travail, précisant pour chaque salarié, conformément à l"article D. 8254-2 du code du travail, sa date d"embauche, sa nationalité ainsi que le type et le numéro d"ordre du titre valant autorisation de travail.

    5) attestation sur l"honneur précisant que les les prestations de transport routier pour le compte de La Poste seront effectuées dans le strict respect de la réglementation transport en vigueur applicable en France et en Union européenne et en particulier en conformité avec les règles de cabotage en vigueur.

    Il attestera également de sa capacité d"effectuer les service de transport six jours sur sept.
    
    À cet effet le candidat présentera la composition de son parc dans le questionnaire d"information.
