concession de service sous la forme d"une Délégation de Service Public pour la production, l"exploitation, le traitement, la distribution et l"entretien du système d"alimentation en eau potable à Rettel. Conformément à l"article R 3121-1 du Code de la commande publique (Ccp) la méthode de calcul utilisée pour déterminer la valeur estimée du contrat de concession correspond au chiffre d"affaires estimatif total hors taxes du concessionnaire pendant la durée du contrat. Ce chiffre d"affaire est estimé en prenant le produit moyen d"exploitation des dernières années multiplié (hors collecte des redevances pour les organismes publics) par la durée du futur contrat. Le montant estimée est de 1 200 000 euros (H.T.). La procédure de passation du contrat est celle des concessions, de type délégations de service public, définie aux articles L1411-1 et suivants du CGCT et au Code de la commande publique. Procédure simplifiée article R. 3126-1 du CCP et ouverte
