         Tirås Tunnel is on county road 566 between Kvisti and Mjeldal in Osterøy Municipality outside Bergen. The tunnel will be upgraded in accordance with the tender documentation, the Tunnel Safety Regulations (TSFF) and Vestland County"s [VLFK"s] approved action plan. The tenderer will be responsible for all engineering design and all deliveries, applications and execution of the road network until the installations are fully upgraded and built, secured, safety-approved and documented with the services described.
