         - Letter of application (on free paper) duly dated and signed, indicating the name and quality of the person entitled (legal representative) to bind the Candidate (Candidate being a sole supplier company or an association of companies in which case indication of its representative and declaration by the representative as to its right to commit the other members of the association), as well as the summary list of Lots for which the Candidate shows interest

         - Certification of registration at the Trade and companies Register, professional register, or equivalent, or K-bis Extract of less than 3 months (when French company registered under the Laws of France) or equivalent document for Candidates established in a country other than France

         - Key information, if not provided for in the registration extract mentioned in the previous bullet point, on legal form, corporate name, share capital, Candidate registered office, registration number on the Trade and companies registry...
