         cette révision a pour objet de mettre à jour, moderniser et faire évoluer le Scot (évolution des pièces en pas, doo, annexes comprenant un diagnostic mis à jour, un plan d"action synthétique) au regard de l"évolution de la réglementation, des documents supra-communaux et des enjeux, en renforçant notamment les volets agricole/mobilités/eau et l"adéquation entre ressources présentes et futures et besoins ; en intégrant l"étude DAACL et le schéma d"attractivité économique ainsi que les enjeux issus du bilan énergétique territorial ; en intégrant l"analyse prospective à horizon 20 ans (scénarios) ; en collaborant étroitement à la gouvernance et en menant une concertation intégrant prestation graphique et compétence en sociologie ou équivalente ; en réalisant une évaluation environnementale ; et en assurant la sécurité juridique du document.
