         le présent accord cadre monoattributaire a pour objet la location de cars avec chauffeur dans le cadre de l"organisation de transports extra muros (en dehors de la Ville de Faches Thumesnil) (exception faite des déplacements piscine sur les villes de Lille, Ronchin et Wattignies gérés par le marché Ao2301). Il s"agit de la relance du lot 2 du marché Ao2301 qui a été déclaré sans suite pour motif d"intérêt général suite à une erreur matérielle dans le dossier de consultation ne permettant pas l"analyse objective des offres remises (annonce 23-29301). Le marché est passé en procédure formalisée via un appel d"offre (article R2124-1 du code de la commande publique). Il s"exécute par bons de commande. Il est passé pour une durée d"une année, renouvelable trois fois sans pouvoir excéder 4 ans. La date prévisionnelle de démarrage est le 1er septembre 2023. Il ne comporte pas de minimum mais il comporte un maximum fixé à 50 000 euros HT par an. Le prix est unitaire et révisable
