         Réalisation de logements sociaux familiaux et intergénérationnels en réservant une partie de ces logements à destination d"adultes autistes.Ces logements seront classés en logements d"habitation classiques (Pas de dispositif reclassant en ERP par exemple).

         Ce projet appelle une mixité d"usage partielle avec un ERP dont la sureté doit être assurée. Il sera donc demandé au concepteur de veiller à ce que cet aspect du projet soit traité dans les meilleures conditions.

         Les logements répondront à minima aux exigences du Label Bâtiment Energie Environnement Rénovation (Prestaterre) ou équivalent.
