         le présent accord cadre mono attributaire a pour objet la location de cars avec chauffeur dans le cadre de divers transports organisés par la Ville de Faches Thumesnil. L"Accord cadre comporte deux lots : lot 1 transports intra muros (sur le territoire de la Ville de Faches Thumesnil) et déplacements piscines sur les villes de Lille, Ronchin et Wattignies / lot 2 transports extra muros (hors du territoire de la Ville de Faches-Thumesnil). Le marché est passé en procédure formalisée via un appel d"offre (article R2124-1 du code de la commande publique). Il s"exécute par bons de commande. Il est passé pour une durée d"une année, renouvelable trois fois sans pouvoir excéder 4 ans. La date prévisionnelle de démarrage est le 1er septembre 2023. Le lot 1 ne comporte pas de minimum mais comporte un maximum fixé à 40 000 euros Ht par an. Le lot 2 ne comporte pas de minimum mais comporte un maximum fixé à 50 000 euros HT par an. Le prix est unitaire et révisable.
