   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         les candidats peuvent utiliser les formulaires Dc1 et Dc2 (fournis dans le dossier de consultation ou disponibles gratuitement sur le site www.economie.gouv.fr), pour présenter leur candidature ou bien, répondre sur papier libre à l"ensemble des exigences prévues ci-dessus, en n"omettant pas de joindre les documents à annexer en cas de besoin.- Une lettre de candidature détaillant les cocontractants en cas de groupement. Le candidat renseigne les conditions de sa candidature : seul ou en groupement d"opérateurs économiques (cotraitance). En cas de groupement, le candidat indique la forme du groupement (solidaire ou conjoint) la désignation du mandataire.          pour chaque lot, l"accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de quatre (4) ans à compter de sa notification au titulaire. La durée d"exécution des bons de commande est de six (6) mois au maximum à compter de leur réception par le titulaire. Le délai de livraison sera celui sur lequel s"est engagé le titulaire dans son acte d"engagement, dans la limite de trente (30) jours ouvrés suivant la réception du bon de commande par le titulaire (par courriel). Les bons de commande ne peuvent être émis que pendant la durée de validité de l"accord-cadre. Leur exécution peut éventuellement se prolonger au-delà de cette durée de validité notamment en cas de prestations engagées et non achevées avant l"échéance du contrat. Sans préjudice des dispositions des articles 38 et suivants du CCAG-FCS, le contrat est résiliable à chaque date anniversaire par décision de l"acheteur public, notifiée au titulaire par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception au minimum trois (3) mois avant l"échéance
