Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Für die 50 Hz Versorgung des LST-Containers am Stellwerk Langenfeld ist zur Einbindung der neuen

Zuleitung (NYY-J 5x25mm2) eine Verbindungsmuffe in die Bestandsleitung einzurüsten.

Das Bestandskabel konnte an den angegebenen Stelle nicht aufgefunden werden. Für den Einbau der

Verbindungsmuffe sind zusätzliche Suchschachtung (Kabelortung) durchzuführen und das geortet

Bestandskabel für die Kabelarbeiten entsprechend freizulegen.

Die Herstellung der Einbindung des LST-Containers am Stellwerk Langenfeld ist eine vertraglich geschuldete Leistung. Die oben beschriebenen Leistungen sind für den Werkerfolg erforderlich und ändern nicht den Charakter des Vertrags.
