la présente consultation a pour objet l"attribution d"une délégation de service public pour l"exploitation de services réguliers publics non urbains de transport routier de voyageurs conventionnés par le Conseil régional de la Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. La consultation est lancée dans le cadre du code de la commande publique, et des articles L1411- 1 et suivants du Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales relatifs aux délégations de service public. Lors de sa réunion, en date du 14/09/2022, la Commission Consultative des Services Publics Locaux, créée en application de l"article L.1413-1 du Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales, a donné un avis favorable au principe du mode de gestion du service en délégation de service public. Les candidats peuvent présenter une offre comportant une variante libre. Le nombre de variantes est limité à une par lot. Les éléments décrits dans le Cahier des Charges Générales et ses annexes constituent la solution de base sur laquelle doit obligatoirement répondre chaque candidat soumissionnaire, avant de produire éventuellement une offre variante.

La présente convention est conclue pour une durée de 7 ans et 47 jours à compter du 15 juillet 2023, soit jusqu"au 31 août 2030. La première année d"exploitation sera de 13 mois et demi
