         le prestataire devra contrôler l"accès des usagers (utilisation du contrôle d"accès), réceptionner les déchets apportés, assister les usagers dans le tri desdits déchets, gérer, maintenir et entretenir les sites, procéder au suivi administratif et à la gestion quantitative des produits transitant sur les 3 sites et gérer le quai de transfert.

         Tranche optionnelle no1 : Solution de coordination de l"économie circulaire.

         en vertu de l"article L. 2113-13 du Code de la commande publique, le lot no1 est réservé à des structures d"insertion par l"activité économique ou à des structures équivalentes, lorsque plus de 50% des travailleurs concernés sont des travailleurs défavorisés.

         Le candidat fournira une photocopie intégrale de l"agrément ou de la convention d"objectif triennale avec la DREETS, afin de valider l"éligibilité du candidat de soumissionner à ce lot. Il devra faire apparaitre la date et la durée du conventionnement.
