Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Podaljšanje pogodbenega roka za končanje gradnje in predajo objektov je potrebno, ker je zaradi spremembe projektne rešitve za sanacijo klančin potrebna ponovna izvedba in
predhodno odstranitev že izvedenih klančin in ker so za popolno odpravo pomanjkljivosti, ugotovljenih na kvalitativnem pregledu, potrebne ugodne vremenske razmere (odpravo napak
na fasadi onemogočata mraz in sneg). Dodatna dela so naročena zaradi izboljšanja funkcionalnosti in trajnosti rešitev (zato je bila sprejeta odločitev za montažo ročajev na
vratih prostorov shramb, sušilnic, prostorov za telekomunikacije in prostorov za hišnika).
