         Hankinnan kohteena on Carunan verkkoalueellaan käyttämät helikopteripalvelut. Hankinnan kohde on jaettu kahteen (2) pääosa-alueeseen:

         Osa-alue 1: Linjatarkastus ja erilaiset kuvantamispalvelut

         Osa-alue 2: Lumenpudotukset, johtokadun puiden oksinta ja reunavyöhykkeen latvonta

         Osallistumishakemuksen voi jättää molempiin osa-alueisiin tai vain toiseen osa-alueeseen.

         Osa-alueisiin haetaan kumppaniksi Palveluntuottajaa, jolla on riittävät resurssit sekä kokemusta vastaavanlaisten palvelujen hoitamisesta.

         Edellä mainittujen pääosa-alueiden palveluiden lisäksi ehdokas voi tarjota seuraavia vapaaehtoisia palveluita optiona tilaajalle:

         Optio 1: Henkilöiden helikopterikuljetuspalvelu Carunan verkkoalueella

         Optio 2: Lento-ohjelmapalvelu (Saas - Software as a Service)

         Optio 3: Suuren nostokyvyn omaavan helikopteripalvelun tarjonta Carunan verkkoalueella.

         Vapaaehtoisten optioiden palveluita voi tarjota vain, jos tarjoaa palvelua jompaan kumpaan pääosa-alueeseen tai molempiin pääosa-alueisiin. Vapaaehtoisia optioita ei ole pakko tarjota, eikä niiden tarjoaminen vaikuta pääosa-alueiden 1 ja/tai 2 palveluntarjoajan valintaan.

         Palveluntuottaja voi tarjota hankinnan kohteena olevat palvelut alihankkijoiden avulla tai ryhmittymänä.

         Hankinnan tavoitteena on varmistaa tilaajalle toimintavarmat, korkealaatuiset ja hinnaltaan kilpailukykyiset tilaajan tarpeita vastaavat palvelut.
