         L’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento del servizio per la manutenzione del verde pubblico nel Comune di Martellago.           Il Comune si riserva la facoltà di rinnovare l’appalto per un ulteriore periodo di 3 (tre) anni, mediante comunicazione inviata all’aggiudicatario almeno 60 (sessanta) giorni prima del termine finale del contratto originario.

          Il Comune si riserva altresì la facoltà di avvalersi di una proroga tecnica del contratto in corso di esecuzione, ai sensi dell’art.106, comma 11 del D.l.gs 50/2016 e s.m.i per il tempo strettamente necessario alla conclusione delle procedure per l’individuazione di un nuovo contraente e comunque per un massimo di 6 (sei) mesi . In tal caso l’Appaltatore è tenuto all’esecuzione delle prestazioni di cui al presente appalto agli stessi prezzi, patti e condizioni o più favorevoli per il Comune di Martellago.

          Ai fini dell’art. 35, comma 4 del Codice, l’importo massimo stimato dell’appalto è pari ad euro 2.508.628,66 IVA esclusa.
