        4.1. SPOSOBNOST ZA OBAVLJANJE PROFESIONALNE DJELATNOSTI

        Gospodarski subjekti dokazuju svoju sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti u skladu sa sljedećim dokazima:

        4.1.1 UPIS U REGISTAR

        Gospodarski subjekt mora biti upisan u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana.

        Naručitelj će, osim ako već ne posjeduje te dokumente, prije donošenja odluke u postupku javne nabave od ponuditelja koji je podnio ekonomski najpovoljniju ponudu zatražiti da u primjerenom roku, ne kraćem od 5 (pet) dana, dostavi ažurirane popratne dokumente radi provjere informacija navedenih u ESPD pri čemu se sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti gospodarskog subjekta iz ove točke dokazuje:

        izvatkom iz sudskog, obrtnog, strukovnog ili drugog odgovarajućeg registra koji se vodi u državi članici njegova poslovnog nastana.

        Ponuditelj je u sklopu svoje ponude dužan dostaviti jamstvo za ozbiljnost ponude u visini od:

        - za grupu 1: 5.000,00 eura;

        - za grupu 2: 10.000,00 eura;

        - za grupu 3: 1.000,00 eura;

        Jamstvo za ozbiljnost ponude dostavlja se za svaku grupu zasebno. Kao jamstvo za ozbiljnost ponude ponuditelj dostavlja garanciju banke ili može dati novčani polog.
