Povećanje cijena u skladu s čl.627. ZOO, a temeljem Zaključka Vlade RH radi nemogućnosti izvođenja radova uporabom materijala i sirovina sukladno ugovorenome, sve uslijed globalnog poremećaja na tržištima sirovina i materijala čiji uzrok leži u pandemiji korona virusa kao i posljedici ratnih sukoba na teritoriju Ukrajine / Obračun manje izvedenih, a ugovorenih radova
