Description

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“ RFSQ”) is an invitation by the City to prospective Respondents (“Respondent”) to submit response to qualify for eligibility to provide Security Services on an as, if and when needed basis

The City intends to establish a list of up to three (3) prequalified contractors (“ Prequalified Contractors”) who, on an “as, if, and when requested” basis may be contacted directly, or asked to compete, to enter into a contract (or multiple contracts) for the provision of services.

The term for the Qualified Suppliers Roster will be for one (1) year with an expected effective date on April 1, 2026 or upon Notice of Qualification is delivered to the Qualified Supplier. It will remain in effect until April 2027 or until terminated by the City. The City will have the option to extend the term for two 1-year periods, by mutual agreement.
