Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”), as may be amended from time to time by Addenda is an invitation by the City to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for the Loudon Park Improvements Project

The Successful Proponent will be required to enter into a CCDC5B-2010 Pre-Construction Services Agreement to facilitate early contractor involvement and negotiations, and should negotiations prove successful, enter into a CCDC 2-2020 Stipulated Price Contract.
