MacDonald Building – 344 Edmonton Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba

Scope of Work/Overview:
This project will assess the current exterior building and parking lot lighting at the MacDonald Building to ensure it meets security standards. LED lighting is preferred for any options. Provide a comprehensive exterior lighting study of the building area and parking lots to determine current illumination levels and assessing compliance with applicable federal, local and PSPC’s lighting standards. The study would provide options to remediate current lighting such as installing poles or other options. Study shall include preliminary data to be gathered as part of the report on site and determine electrical capacity available for new feeders etc.. Provide various options with controls, pole lengths, pole base, grounding etc. as part of the study along with photometric analysis.
