Description

The District of Sicamous is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced janitorial service providers to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning and sanitation services at five municipal buildings. These services are essential to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for municipal staff, residents, and visitors accessing public services.

Scope
Janitorial services are required for the following municipal facilities:
1) Municipal Hall located at 446 Main Street
2) Sek’emaws (Sicamous) Health Centre located at 200 Main Street
3) Finlayson Place Office Building located at 217 Finlayson Street
4) Public Works Facility located at 1450 Solsqua - Sicamous Road
5) Fire Hall located at 701 Whitehead Street

We invite all prospective proponents to attend a facilities tour for the RFP # 1220 - 20 - 167 - Janitorial Services as part of the Request for Proposal process.

This tour will provide an opportunity to view the site conditions, ask questions, and gain a better understanding of the project scope and requirements. Attendance is at the discretion of contractor but please note that any questions that arise from this tour may not be documented and shared with all proponents.
