Description

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the selection for General Contractor for the Squamish General Hospital (SGH) Generator Replacement Project (E988-00). The project comprises of:

• Decommissioning of existing generator and transport of the generator from Sechelt to Squamish
• Removal of existing indoor generator in Squamish
• Installation and the relocated generator
• Replacement of existing transfer switches with new
• Power distribution upgrades
• New wiring controls and associated system revisions
• 1. Eligible Bidders:

  A site visit of the proposed work will take place as follows:

  Time: 9:00 AM PST

  EntranceMeet at Main Entrance
  Note:10:30am - proceed to Horseshoe Bay to board the 12:10pm ferry to Langdale, and drive to Sechelt Hospital. It is advised to make ferry reservations.
  This site visit is not mandatory but attendance is highly recommended for key personnel from each Bidder so that site conditions pertaining to the Contract may be carefully reviewed. Bidders who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the site visit and to have received any and all of the oral and written information given at such visit.
