The purpose of this Request for Pre-Qualifications (“RFPQ”) is to invite interested Modular Building /Transport Contractors (“Respondents”) to submit Responses indicating their interest in and qualifications for the BCEHS Lytton Stn 321 - Trailer Relocation (E136-02). Based on these Responses, Provincial health Services Authority (“Authority”) intends to select a short-list of Respondents will be invited to participate in the next stage of the Construction Tender process.

This RFPQ is not a tender, an offer, or a request for proposals, and there is no intention by the Authority to make an offer by issuing this RFPQ.
