Description

SAIT’s School of Hospitality & Tourism is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a new Point of Sale (POS) system to replace its existing platform. The new system should enhance operational efficiency, support revenue growth, improve customer service, and provide robust reporting capabilities. Some of the features desired are Cloud based, capability to use mobile and tablet devices, muti-venue services, kitchen displays, reservation and table management features, e-commerce integration, secure payment processing by mobile wallet to debit and credit cards. Integration to Loyalty program must and ideally integrate with Banner ERP system
