Description

The Municipal District of Pincher Creek No. 09 (“MD”) is seeking expressions of interest (RFEI) from qualified parties regarding the reclamation of various gravel pits throughout the MD. The MD is interested in parties with the ability and expertise to conduct detailed site assessments, reclamation plans, and provide accurate reclamation cost estimates across various landforms with diverse ecological characteristics. Parties expressing interest should also have experience acting as project leads, assuming responsibility for the project from initiation and throughout its successful completion; Including hiring and managing third party contractors as required, project monitoring throughout the project and post reclamation, and completing application for and receiving reclamation certification as per Provincial standards. The intent of this RFEI is to identify potential suitable providers of the aforementioned services, no guarantee of contract or service request is implied by this process. There is no guarantee of future Tendering or RFP processes as a result of this RFEI process. The Municipal District of Pincher Creek No. 09 reserves the unfettered discretion to contact any or none of the parties expressing interest through this process regarding the aforementioned services. This is not a pre-qualifying process.
