Description

The successful Proponent will be responsible for designing plans for the following scope of work: a. Remove and replace existing metal roofing and blanket insulation. Replace with Butler MR 24 Roof System (or approved equivalent) and continuous insulation. Total roof area = 24450 sq. ft. b. Remove and replace existing wall cladding and blanket insulation. Replace with Butler Shadowall (or approved equivalent) and continuous insulation. Total wall area = 9415 sq. ft. c. Remove and replace existing rink area wall interior metal liner. d. Doorways i. New exterior doors, frames and hardware (6) ii. New interior doors, frames and hardware (2) iii. New overhead doors and hardware (3) e. Mechanical/electrical i. New dehumidifier (1) ii. New louvres iii. New motorized damper iv. Misc. mechanical and electrical vent, exhaust, wiring replacements.
