Description

The Ministry seeks a qualified Vendor to undertake the development and launch of the Archives of Ontario"s (AO) redesigned website.

The Archives Division, publicly known as the Archives of Ontario (AO), is a division of the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery (MPBSD). The current public facing AO website is outdated. A new website is needed, one that aligns to how people find information on the web today. Based on user research, users describe the current AO site as confusing and challenging to use. The website is not mobile-friendly. Users unfamiliar with the Archives are often confused when trying to access services and struggle with archival language and terminology. The current website requires an upgrade to meet the changing needs of our customers and to enhance access to the AO"s collections and services.
