Review existing Feasibility Studies for each building, and design electrical and associated infrastructure required to render the facilities Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) ready. This
project will help support the objectives of the government"s greening strategy to transition the vehicle fleet to plug-in electric and hybrid vehicles. The awarded consultant to provide the
design development plans and specifications, class estimates, construction administration, commissioning, and close-out documentation for Base Building (BB) Electric Vehicle Charging Systems
infrastructure installation in existing buildings and facilities. Consultant to allow for a minimum of two site visits per location.

or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional Site Visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative in the lobby of the Building address as provided in item 1.4 of
the RFQ. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Respondents are advised that they must preregister via email to Abdoulkarim.Alin@bgis.com at least 2 business days prior
to the scheduled site visit to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Respondents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all
Respondents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Respondents will be notified by Addenda of any changes to the date of the site
visit.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses. Individuals without the
appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
