Description

The District is seeking to have an inventory of natural assets completed followed by the development of a Natural Asset Management Plan. The NAM Program will provide staff with a rationale for more appropriate funding of natural assets which will support plans and actions to improve and protect municipal service delivery within North Cowichan. Through this RFP the District is seeking proposals from qualified consultants with expertise in Natural Asset Management planning and valuation as well as traditional municipal engineered infrastructure.
