Fraser Health Authority (“ FHA”) invites expressions of interest from commercial property owners interested in providing office or retail premises on a sale or lease basis (the “Premises”) for Fraser Health Authority for a publicly accessible healthcare facility (the “ Project”). The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (“ RFEI”) is to select a respondent who currently owns a facility that complies with the Project requirements as set out below (“ Respondent”) to enter into negotiations for a sale or lease of the proposed Premises for the Project.
