Description

Fraser Health is seeking qualified Proponent(s), who are accredited to Diagnostic Accreditation Program of British Columbia, Canada (DAP), to provide the following medical imaging services, further described within the Deliverables of the RFP:

(a) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (“MRI”) services and/or;
(b) Computed Tomography (“CT”) services.

Each Proponent should be a single legal entity that, if selected, intends to negotiate and enter into the contract with Fraser Health.

If the Proposal is being submitted jointly by two (2) or more separate entities, the Proposal should identify only one (1) of those entities as the “leading proponent”. The leading proponent will be responsible for the performance of the Deliverables. Fraser Health is seeking a Proponent that has experience in providing Magnetic Resonance Imaging (“MRI”) and/or; Computed Tomography (“CT”) services, for a health authority or a health region (or a public-sector entity) in the province of British Columbia, Canada.
