The District invites detailed Standing Offers from firms that provide environmental consulting services (“Proponents”) with expertise in in-stream works, civil construction, parks projects, and other types of municipal works for the provision of environmental monitoring, environmental auditing, permitting support, and other environmental consulting services as required on an as-and-when basis.
